Java Developer

• Key Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Java development, particularly with microservices or JEE.
• Proficient in API/REST development.
• Experience with workflow engines like API/REST.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Kibana or Grafana (minimum one strong competency required; both preferred).
• Database: Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
• Additional Knowledge:
• Familiarity with operating systems like Linux/AIX/Windows.
• Knowledge of Oracle components: Database, Analytics Server, WebLogic.
• Flow management tools: IBM WebSphere, MQ, AXWAY CFT, WTX IBM.
• Cloud experience and expertise in cloud migration are advantageous.
• Agile and DevOps experience.
• Awareness of IT quality and security standards, and architecture rules.
• Soft Skills:
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with teams at different levels of seniority.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the banking sector and familiarity with the NEMO system.

Working Language:

• Polish (no English language requirement for this project).

• Optimize and identify improvement opportunities in key applications.
• Contribute to major projects within core business platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, security, and infrastructure teams to design robust infrastructure solutions.

• Support IT transformation programs, including DevOps, Agile, and AI readiness.
