Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• D365 Implementation: Lead the deployment of D365 Finance & Procurement in Switzerland.
• Market Readiness: Prepare the local market for implementation by understanding and addressing specific configuration requirements.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring smooth coordination between the implementation team, business unit, and blueprint teams. Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress and lead Project Steering Group meetings.
• Operational Involvement: Support market teams in system configuration, data migration, user access management, training, and super-user preparation.
• Resource Management: Identify resource needs and escalate them to the Head of D365 Implementation. Work closely with IT teams to facilitate integrations and migration efforts. Lead the implementation team consisting of IT resources.
• Support & Analysis: Assist Business Analysts and Product Owners in evaluating necessary process and system changes. Provide strategic guidance to the BU Project Leader.
• Testing & Training: Conduct initial acceptance testing, support market acceptance testing, and deliver hands-on training sessions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare Project Definitions/Statements of Work in collaboration with the BU Project Leader. Ensure compliance with Scania standards and act as the primary contact for the Project Leader from initiation to final handover.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• Extensive expertise in D365.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP project implementation.
• Strong ability to explain complex scenarios and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of customer challenges and business needs.
