The Opportunity

As a Guidewire Developer, you will be part of Business Insurance Transformation projects, working with agile teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will have the chance to work with the latest technology stack, develop and implement new solutions, and collaborate with industry-leading clients.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and implement solutions within the Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center

🔹 Collaborate with onsite coordinators and agile teams to ensure project success

🔹 Plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones efficiently

🔹 Mentor team members and contribute to best practices

🔹 Travel to customer locations if needed

🔹 Participate in organization-wide initiatives and innovation projects

What You Bring

✅ Experience in Java/Guidewire development

✅ Deep knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center (Mandatory)

✅ Strong understanding of Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate

✅ Knowledge of Application Servers and Enterprise Messaging Systems

✅ Awareness of coding best practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns)

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field

✅ Strong communication and business skills

💡 Nice to Have

➕ Experience with Angular 5

• ➕ Working knowledge of Kotlin
