Fullstack Developer .NET + Angular

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll be a vital member of our Scrum team, which consists of 7 developers and testers. You will take on a key role in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring top-notch software quality, security, and performance. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, even in production environments.

You'll be instrumental in the design, development, testing, building, and automated deployment of various software components, including applications, libraries, APIs, and services. Your work will ensure seamless integration with other applications. As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor less experienced developers, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote best practices, coding standards, and guidelines through pair programming, mob programming, and code reviews.

You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, and a collaborative mindset, while naturally leading the team in adhering to Scrum methodology. You'll actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, championing Scrum and Agile values. You'll also foster the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices such as eXtreme Programming (XP), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Required Skills

• Extensive Backend Development Experience: Proficient in C# and .NET, with a strong foundation in backend development.
• Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the Angular framework for UI development.
• Strong Technical Foundations: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles, as well as key software architectural patterns (e.g., Client-Server, Layered).
• Database Knowledge: In-depth experience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Clean Code Advocate: Solid knowledge of Clean Code principles and experience in refactoring.
• Testing and Automation: Experience with software testing frameworks, automated testing tools, and a test-first approach such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Version Control and Collaboration: Proficient in version control systems like Git, and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead others effectively.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments, with familiarity in Agile project management tools like Scrum or Kanban.
