Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
• Collaborate on designing innovative data and analytics solutions.
• Engage closely with stakeholders across Nordea to understand requirements, define business features, and deliver expected outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery dependencies with other teams and organizational units within Nordea.
• Work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team in an Agile environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with key concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data (deep expertise in ML algorithms is not required).
• Working knowledge of SQL and Hive; knowledge of Python and Spark is a plus.
