Data Analyst/Engineer for Security Process Optimization

What you will do:

• Collaborate with information security and cybersecurity specialists to streamline, automate, and enhance existing security processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows, propose solutions, and implement improvements using automation and modern tools.
• Work with data from our tech stack to create visualizations and reports for internal teams and senior management.
• Utilize tools to build impactful dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Support the execution of security processes, including vendor security reviews, risk assessments, and other operational tasks, to gain hands-on insight into their structure and effectiveness. While the primary focus is on developing, streamlining, and automating these processes, you will also contribute to their day-to-day execution as needed.

Your Qualifications:



To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A technical background with experience in process improvement, automation, or data engineering.
• Experience in building or enhancing workflows using automation tools and scripting languages like Python.
• An interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn about, and participate in, governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across geographies, time zones, and functions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data pipelines and models using tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with modern reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Hex.tech.
• Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance tools or frameworks.
• Knowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure automation tools.
