Cybersecurity Learning & Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the cybersecurity learning program.
• Identify and assess the needs of specific target audiences.
• Propose and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training initiatives.
• Monitor, assess, and optimize the effectiveness of training programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of modern L&D principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Experience or education in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective training strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Prior experience as a trainer or public speaker is an advantage.
