Consultant SAP SD

Job Description:

Global IT is looking for an experienced SAP SD Software Consultant to join our team in the Business IT department – Sales and Marketing. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting business units in the day-to-day operations of the SAP system, standardizing processes, and actively participating in the creation of long-term technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S/4 standards in the SD module and adjacent systems and add-ons.
• Participate in implementation and upgrade projects (both domestic and international).
• Assist business units in organizing and conducting training sessions.
• Document standard processes and local system developments.
• Maintain internal LAPP solutions and continuously develop and optimize them in the SD module.
• Collaborate with external service providers and developers, and coordinate their activities.
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in IT, engineering, or management-related fields).
• Experience working with the SAP system in the SD module.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 principles and standards.
• Ability to document processes and develop templates.
• Experience in conducting training and providing user support.
• Practical knowledge of business processes in sales and marketing.
• Ability to work in international teams and manage implementation projects.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
• Good organization of work, independence, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of working with external service providers.
