Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (Mid/Senior Level)
Location: Remote / Flexible
Position Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Project & SAP SD Implementation
- Lead SAP SD implementations, transformations to S4HANA, digital initiatives (including AI-related projects), and rollouts in the shop system.
- Improvements & Change Management
- Work on system improvements such as pricing harmonization and other change management activities.
- Incident Management & Ticket Handling
- Handle incident management, resolve issues, and manage support tickets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SAP SD processes, specifically MTO and OTC (order to cash without finance or logistics components).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and digital initiatives.
- Previous experience in handling incident management and system improvements.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP S/4 standards within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning (PP) module and neighboring areas.
- Participate in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
- Provide training support to business units.
- Document template processes and local developments.
- Maintain and optimize in-house developments in the SD module.
- Collaborate with external service providers and coordinate efforts.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
