Cloud Security Architect Lead
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term cybersecurity architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
Establish and enforce “Security by Design” standards across IT, OT, Cloud, and AI-driven initiatives.
Lead architecture governance, ensuring consistency, interoperability, and alignment of enterprise security solutions.
Chair architecture review boards and oversee key technology decisions, including HLD/LLD approvals.
Advise executive leadership on technology risk, cybersecurity strategy, innovation, and cost optimization.
Implement MLSecOps practices and ensure resilience of AI systems against threats such as prompt injection and model manipulation.
Leverage AI-driven tools for automated configuration and code security assessments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, and GxP requirements.
Monitor and report Security by Design adoption metrics and effectiveness of security controls.
Manage cybersecurity architecture budgets and drive standardization across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture roles.
Expert knowledge of IT, Cloud (Azure/OCI), and OT security architecture, including Purdue Model environments.
Strong practical experience with SABSA, TOGAF, Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Security by Design methodologies.
Proven ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable security controls and architecture standards.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies and AI-assisted security automation solutions.
Experience securing AI/ML environments and implementing MLSecOps practices.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
