Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Shape and develop solutions to refactor existing applications or build new cloud-native solutions.
• Programming Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of various programming languages.
• Containerization & Architecture: Possess deep knowledge of containerization technologies, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
• Code & Database Management: Understand code intricacies and manage database conversions effectively.
• API Development: Design and refactor APIs for cloud-native environments using serverless technologies.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Language Proficiency: Advanced German language skills (minimum C1 level) and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Certifications: Hold at least two certifications from leading cloud service providers (Hyperscalers).
• Architectural Understanding: Advanced comprehension of architectural principles and methods.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey solutions, ideas, and suggestions to both business partners and technical teams.
• Technological Adaptability: Skill in adopting new technologies to address problems while adhering to security and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong conceptual and analytical skills to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements and strategies.
• Experience: Over 7 years of applied experience in the IT industry.
• Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead design discussions and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for applying technological solutions to meet business needs effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the latest cloud computing and data technologies, emerging trends, business drivers, and deployment options.
• AI and Machine Learning: Experience with AI and machine learning tools, such as Azure ML.
• Framework Expertise: Knowledge of architectural methods and frameworks.
