- Extensive expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering methodologies
- Preferably familiar with commercial insurance concepts
- Knowledge of workflow management systems is a plus
- Experience in deploying global software solutions across multiple regions
- Skilled in process analysis using BPMN
- Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, with SAFe being an advantage
- Hands-on experience with support ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a plus
- Preferably experienced in international IT projects
- Proficient in English (C1), both written and spoken
- German language skills at C1 level
