Broadridge ETL Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with expertise in Broadridge ETL Work for C&M to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ETL processes within the Wealth and Asset Management domain. Experience in Financial Services (FS) would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and processes using Broadridge tools for C&M.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Provide data integration solutions across Wealth and Asset Management platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support the migration and integration of data across systems within the Wealth and Asset Management domain.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Broadridge ETL tools, particularly within the context of C&M.
• Strong understanding of Wealth and Asset Management processes and data structures.
• Experience working in Financial Services (FS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data governance and compliance standards in Financial Services.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and business stakeholders.
