Join an exciting project with a leading food processing cooperative as an Aveva OSIsoft PI MES Developer. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and a solid track record in the food processing sector. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining PI System solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Aveva OSIsoft PI Systems.
- Design and configure PI System architecture, ensuring effective data integration.
- Build and manage PI Asset Framework (AF) models for structured data organization.
- Set up and maintain PI Data Archive for optimal data storage and retrieval.
- Configure data flows between shop floor systems (PLCs, SCADA) and PI Systems.
- Facilitate seamless MES integration with PI Systems for end-to-end efficiency.
- Utilize PI DataLink for advanced reporting and analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in PI System tools such as PI Vision, PI Data Archive, and PI Integrator.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL programming.
- Hands-on experience with PI Interfaces, Connectors, and UFL for data integration.
- Familiarity with transferring data between control systems and MES solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes.
