Goal of the Position: 

As a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Team, Domain (3 teams) and Organization (13 teams) in introducing the best quality practices and building the quality-oriented culture. We don't look for a tester but QA who can improve every step of SDLC. You will cooperate with the QA Lead and 9 QA Engineers in leading technical and product initiatives, introducing and maintaining new tools and processes, and improving day-to-day life of almost every person in the engineering-side of the organization.

Budget: 22-25 K B2B 

You'll need:

• Perfect understanding of a difference between QA and testing.
• Proficiency in test automation (E2E and API) with a strong test layers understanding. We use Playwright for E2E.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools. We use GitLab in most of the places.
• Open and honest communication. Leadership experience is a plus (this is not a formal leadership position). 
• Drive for improvements. "It can't be done" doesn't finish the discussion. 
• Fluent in English.
