At Limango IT, you’ll have the chance to apply your ideas and expertise to improve customer service and order management for the German, Polish, and Dutch markets.

You’ll work with a modern technology stack, including cloud-based solutions, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication. Additionally, you’ll join an established international agile team comprising experienced developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a QA engineer.

We use a modern and robust technology stack to drive innovation and scalability:

1. GoLang (with some legacy PHP)
2. Microservices hosted on AWS, enabling flexibility and growth
3. Databases: transitioning from MySQL to AWS NoSQL solutions like DynamoDB
4. Containers & Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes for smooth deployment and scaling
5. Messaging: AWS SQS for efficient queue management
6. Front-End: ReactJS for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces
7. Office and internal infrastructure is hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud, providing a secure, scalable, and modern foundation for our workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the key point of contact for ensuring effective communication and alignment within your team and across other teams.
2. Collaborate with team members to support and maintain existing PHP and Go solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketplace application.
3. Concentrate on sustaining and refining current solutions, including maintaining APIs, job workers, and message consumers, while ensuring a robust codebase through unit and functional testing.
4. Opportunity to expand your knowledge or deepen your expertise in Go microservices.
5. Thrive in an agile environment, embracing practices such as Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Pair Programming.
6. Utilize a diverse set of technologies, choosing the most suitable tools for each task.
7. Work in a flat, fast-paced organization that values your ideas and encourages swift decision-making.

You'll need:

1. Minimum of 8 years of PHP experience, with recent hands-on work in Laravel or Symfony.
2. Solid experience with APIs, asynchronous jobs, and messaging tools like RabbitMQ or Amazon SNS/SQS.
3. Proficient in data storage systems, whether MySQL, NoSQL, or similar technologies.
4. Strong command of Git.
5. Experience working in agile teams, with a proactive, responsible, and continuous learning mindset.
6. Comfortable mentoring peers and sharing knowledge as part of daily work.
