Manage all business applications within organization, cooperation with vendors and contracts management
CRM system maintenance and further development in accordance with business requirements
Oversee configuration and manage users’ access in various business application
Gather business requirements and provide support on a wide range of internal projects in the field of new IT solutions and process automation
Support the requests from business users and identifying needs for training, or process changes if necessary
Solving and troubleshooting any issues related to business software
Liaise as needed with system production support to ensure that the business is supported in efficient resolution of issues
Assistance in the design and delivery of training programs for all new and existing internal users
Work with the wider Sales/Operations Team to ensure that system data and processes are appropriately updated and are subject to ongoing review
Prepare periodic reporting and assist in monitoring of operating business performance
Assistance with ongoing management and governance of collected data
Oversee data quality - investigate and triage data quality issues
Research and implement new IT solutions in order to improve efficiency and accuracy of current business processes
Our requirements
Experience in supporting and maintaining CRM, ERP or Accounting system
Experience of Data Migration and onboarding activities
Attention to detail and a good work ethic is important
Good interpersonal skills as the position requires regular contact with Sales Managers, Financial and other Administrative staff
Strong business analysis and Excel skills (PowerBI or similar skills will be beneficial)
Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed, to manage daily tasks and special projects
Genuine interest in new technologies and IT solutions
Desirable but not mandatory experience of working with Real Estate Management
