Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Python developers;
- Design and coordinate the development of web applications using Python;
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle;
- Foster growth and mentorship within the team.
Key requirements
- A track record of 8+ years in software development;
- Proven expertise in Team Management (3+ years);
- Strong experience in crafting large-scale web applications;
- Familiarity with microservice architecture;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- B2+ English proficiency.
Technologies stack
- Django/Flask/FastAPI;
- MySQL/PostgreSQL/ElasticSearch;
- AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ElastiCache, etc.).
