We place great emphasis on proactivity and communication skills. In the area of our interest is constantly JavaScript (mainly React and Node), Ruby on Rails and Blockchain. We are not looking for an employee for a specific project, but someone who fits us personally.
We work for both international and Polish clients. We are proud of about 100 successfully completed projects and try our best to reach the most demanding customers from the technical point of view. Your job will be to either develop new products from scratch, maintain them, or add some functionality to existing products.

✅ This is a site mainly about casinos and their bonuses and the gambling industry as a whole. It is a kind of portal that brings together the casino gambling community from all over the world. We are working on this project in SCRUM. The new person will be responsible for the development of the application.
✅ An application that will allow you to find a job close to where you live (1). The application already exists, we are currently adding new functionalities to it. In collaboration with the same client, after adding the functionalities correctly, we will work on a new project related to the medical industry (2). This project we will build from scratch in LEOCODE. The technology stack in both cases is RoR on the back and React on the front.
- Offices location: Katowice/Gdynia
- Remote work: even 100%
- Remuneration: 100 - 140 PLN net/hourly B2B (we are flexible about the type of employment, although we prefer B2B, we are open to also offer UoP if it is required)
- Project language: Polish/English (min. B2 level for comfortable communication with potential clients)

Requirements:
- We expect you to be proficient in Ruby on Rails
- An excellent communicator and collaborator
- An expert in object-oriented or functional programming
- A practitioner of Test-Driven development
- A competent pair programmer who can share knowledge effectively
- Pragmatic with an awareness of your customers’ needs and the problem you are solving for them
- Enthusiastic about APIs and high-level system design
- Work closely with architects on application lifecycle, technical debt management, and target architectures
- Develop and maintain a common mindset to implement DevSecOps principles where people take ownership of the entire service, not just limited to code development and deployment.
- Applying relevant SW engineering practices, including e.g. agile testing strategies, pair programming, etc.
- Use of modern cloud-based services, proactive monitoring, and relevant open source frameworks and tools that deliver high-quality services and attract talent to the teams.
Soft skills:
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to negotiate and substantiate your opinion
