Our Leocode team is looking for a person for the position of PM, who will build his/her team for self-directed new projects.
The main duties of this person will be
- development of in-company processes regarding delivery in cooperation with responsible departments;
- managing project processes based on Agile methodologies and good project management practices developed by Leocode;
- creating processes tailored to the product using Jira;
- creation and supervision of project documentation such as: a project card, a project plan, sprints plans and roadmaps, etc.;
- taking care of the flow of documentation in Confluence, its verification and updating;
- control of customer documentation, preparation of work progress reports and sprints;
- conducting a project demo and client satisfaction control;
- taking care of a high level of motivation in the team;
- maintaining a good relationship with the client and ensuring proper circulation of information between the Leocode team and the client’s team;
- efficient transfer of project information and requirements;
- taking care of ensuring that the team is properly allocated to carry out the estimated tasks;
- control and improvement of the work efficiency of assigned project teams;
- co-creation of good practices and software development procedures within Leocode;
- selection of tools necessary for proper project management;
- training of the PM team working within Leocode.
Basic Requirements
- min. 5 years of experience as a project manager;
- knowledge of the IT industry and basic knowledge of software development technology (JS, TS, infrastructure) – preferred master’s degree in the field of computer science or related faculties;
- experience in running IT projects in various technologies;
- knowledge of tools and reports used to control the status and level of project implementation;
- fluency in English (both speech and writing min. B2 level);
- knowledge of agile methodologies confirmed by certificates (preferred);
- knowledge of tools for project management and project documentation like Jira, Confluence, Browserstack, Trello, Asana;
- proactive and „can do” attitude;
- highly developed communication skills.
