Freelance / Contract .NET Developer Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a talented freelance or contract .NET Developer to join our close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings not just technical expertise, but also valuable experience that can support and shape our ambitious growth strategy.

Tasks & responsibilities
Design, build and enhance new and existing C#/.NET applications (Web — ASP.NET and WinForms) that power our quoting, production and logistics workflows
Refactor legacy code, support and fix existing solutions, perform code reviews
Integrate with Microsoft SQL Server databases; optimise queries and stored procedures
Use DevExpress UI controls to deliver intuitive user experiences
Deploy and monitor current services, with the objective to enhance, improve and problem solve.
Collaborate with engineers and production; translate CAD requirements and manufacturing/business rules into software logic
Must-have
-3 + years professional experience in an object-oriented language (e.g. C#, Java, Kotlin, etc.)
-Experience with ASP.NET and WinForms (or comparable web & desktop frameworks)
-Solid SQL skills (schema design, query tuning)
-Git & GitHub workflow familiarity
-Knowledge of DevExpress
-Fluent spoken & written English
Desirable
-Experience in a manufacturing/engineering business
-JavaScript / TypeScript experience
-Understanding of CAD formats (DXF/DWG, STEP)
-Experience with Azure and IIS
