Job Description:
- Provide technical support to fulfil business requests using SAP’s BW (Business Warehouse) HANA.
- Experience in data load monitoring and resolving job/process chain issues.
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management & ticket tool (e.g., Service Now).
- Able to host periodical service calls with client and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SLAs & experience of tracking it.
- Good understanding of support parameters QoS, SLA, MTTR and support levels L1/L2/L3.
- Able to identify the data mismatch issue and its resolution.
- Design, develop, configure, migrate, test and implement SAP BW HANA solutions.
- Design and build data flows using Info Objects, aDSO’s, Transformations, DTPs and Data Sources, OHD.
- Detailed understanding of aDSO’s, AMDP and its debugging.
- Understanding of SAP Native HANA objects: Calculation views.
- Writing SQL queries in HANA DB for analysing issues.
- Develop Process chains to load and monitor data loading.
- Build and test Bex Queries. Analyse BEx reports using MS Office Analysis.
- Understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution process. Information on Tcodes and tables related to SAP SD.
- Develop, enhance, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs.
- Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure a comprehensive data warehouse design.
- Hands-on development experience with BW4/HANA.
- Implement performance tuning techniques in SAP BW/4 HANA.
- Knowledge on BW application testing for HANA system upgrades.
- Development and Maintenance of SOLMAN CDC reports.
- Development, maintenance of SLT replication. Quick issue resolution for SAP SLT errors.
- Basic Knowledge OF Power BI.

- Data warehousing from several external source systems and third-party applications and developing solutions in a very mature data environment with data catalogue, data quality and overall data governance integrated into the overall design and development regime.
- Candidate will report directly to Data management lead for Europe and will have the freedom to drive his/her deliverables end-to-end while at the same time collaborating with other architects
Tasks:
The detailed daily tasks are to be defined, however, at the high level, the following tasks should be considered:
- Providing support to business users on issues and resolving them
- Governing daily support on data load and meeting it’s SLA
- Understanding new enhancements as per business requirement and converting them to SAP BW HANA Solutions
- Develop pragmatic and strategic automations for driving better data governance and operations excellence.
- Analysing issues and ensuring Data quality
- Executing test cases to unit test the development. Provide support through SIT and UAT cycles. This would be needed for NNIT of system upgrades.
- Participate in daily calls and demonstrate daily progress on planned activities. Provide technical help and guidance across other modules, if required.
