Job description

As a Product Manager within the TCRE product team, you’ll take a leading role across the full value chain – from understanding stakeholder needs, defining shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritizing initiatives, to delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across various product types (custom-built, COTS, and SaaS).

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Designing and scaling new capabilities that ensure tech products and services are developed, delivered, and operated in line with compliance, risk, and other non-functional requirements
  • Improving adherence to non-functional requirements across services and products
  • Supporting risk mitigation efforts and driving operational excellence
  • Defining a complete risk and tech compliance journey – from initial requirements, through implementation and adoption, to operations and change management
  • Creating a compliance heat map and reporting tools, including a framework with measurable control indicators
  • Integrating these elements with the standard product lifecycle
  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply user-centered design principles and journey-based thinking
  • Ensure the team has regular, direct interactions with end users to truly understand their needs
  • Translate user insights and vision into prioritized product work
  • Test and iterate on new ideas quickly and effectively
  • Actively manage the team’s backlog – including learning goals, experiments, feature development, and tech debt reduction
  • Continuously measure impact and value creation; define OKRs focused on outcomes
  • Make smart prioritization decisions, balancing value, feasibility, and usability

You should also be familiar with and able to contribute to areas covered by other experts on the team (e.g., UX, engineering, change management), helping foster empathy and collaboration across roles.

You’ll work closely with your team, other product teams across different portfolios, and a broad range of stakeholders.

The team follows modern best practices to deliver secure, resilient, and cloud-native software solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid product management experience in agile environments, ideally with a focus on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and turn them into effective tech solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and concepts (e.g. ETL vs. ELT, event streaming, REST APIs, data pipelines, databases like Snowflake)
  • 5+ years of experience with one or more major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kafka)
  • 5+ years of experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Audit Board, OneTrust, ServiceNow) or SaaS product development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort in navigating ambiguity, while maintaining focus on strategic goals
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with business stakeholders and act as a thought partner
  • Strong influencing skills to align stakeholders in a non-hierarchical setup
  • Skilled in facilitating divergent thinking and driving alignment around priorities and direction
  • Mastery of a variety of product management and design tools (e.g., customer journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, story mapping)
  • Proven ability to incorporate non-functional requirements like performance, security, and reliability into product design
  • Deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to user-centered design
  • Growth-oriented mindset – eager to continuously improve, learn, and adapt
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, structured, and audience-appropriate
  • Strong ability to translate between technical and business domains to drive impact through technology
6 760 - 9 465 USD/month
