FullStack Engineer (JavaScript, Next.js, React.Js, Python)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with solid knowledge of JavaScript (Next.js, React.js) and practical hands-on experience with Python. You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team building high-quality digital solutions that make real business impact.

You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of web-based and mobile applications. Our teams develop both rapid prototypes (2–3 weeks) and fully scaled applications (2–3 months), using a mix of modern open-source and enterprise technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build full-stack applications using Next.js, React.js, and Python
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, secure solutions
• Collaborate within small, agile teams to develop, test, and refine features iteratively
• Contribute to system architecture and integration – from databases to deployment pipelines
• Support rapid prototyping and MVP development to meet dynamic business needs
• Leverage modern development tools and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code

Your Skills & Experience

Technical:

• 5+ years of development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong expertise in Next.js and React.js frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Python (or comparable backend language like Java)
• Solid knowledge of server-side rendering, modern web architecture, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with modern dev tools and AI-based code assistants
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora Serverless, etc.)
• Ability to apply design patterns and assess system trade-offs
