IT Project Management:

Experience in managing large IT projects, especially in areas such as:

•  Web frameworks.
•  Software implementation.
•  Release management.
•  Process design, organization, and quality control (QS Management).
•  Scrum and UML.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., IHK, GPM).

Interpersonal Skills:

• Experience in team leadership.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

Education:

• Higher education degree in computer science or a related field.

Tools and Technologies:

Proficient in:

•  Office SharePoint Server.
•  JIRA.
•  HTML, JavaScript, XML.
•  Microsoft Office and Project.

Systems and Architectures:

• Knowledge of architectures based on microservices and containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Designing and modifying processes in production systems.

Methodologies and Standards:

• Familiarity with:
•  CMMI, ITIL.
•  Workflow design in complex systems.
