What You’ll Do

Design and develop high-performance backend solutions using .NET (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF).

Architect and implement RESTful and gRPC APIs, microservices, and system integrations using modern design patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture).

Work with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

Build scalable, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure DevOps).

Lead efforts around performance tuning, debugging, refactoring, and production troubleshooting.

Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) via OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and others.

Apply prompt engineering strategies like RAG, chaining, and tool use to develop GenAI-powered solutions.

Use frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PromptFlow, and Azure OpenAI to deliver LLM-based features.

Manage LLM usage, optimize for cost/performance, and handle token management and batching.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
-
7+ years of professional software development experience.
-
5+ years of hands-on .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF).

Proven experience in designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
-
Strong knowledge of modern architecture and system design patterns.
-
Experience with asynchronous messaging (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
-
Cloud expertise with Microsoft Azure.

CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
-
Familiarity with observability tools: Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

Solid Git workflow experience.

At least one production-level GenAI/LLM project.

Experience comparing, evaluating, and integrating LLMs from various providers.

English proficiency at B2+ level.
Nice to Have:

Experience with AWS or GCP.
-
Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance (especially in the LLM context).

Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and working closely with architects and stakeholders.

Exposure to large-scale GenAI implementations (chatbots, process automation, document generation, RAG pipelines).
