Senior Java GUI Engineer with German

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java GUI Engineer with German to join our team and take responsibility for developing graphical user interfaces (GUI) in Java technology. If you have experience in designing and implementing user interfaces and are proficient in JavaFX, Swing, or other Java GUI technologies, we encourage you to apply!

Your Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing applications using JavaFX, Swing, SWT, AWT.
• Integrating user interfaces with backend systems (REST, WebSockets).
• Optimizing GUI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Implementing UX/UI standards and usability testing.
• Documenting code and implementation processes.

What We Expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing user interfaces in Java technology.
• Proficiency in JavaFX, Swing, SWT, AWT.
• Experience in GUI integration with backend systems (REST, WebSockets).
• Knowledge of design patterns in desktop applications (MVC, MVP, MVVM).
• Ability to optimize user interfaces for performance.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with GUI testing tools (TestFX, JUnit, Selenium).
• Nice to have: Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE Developer certification.
