Kyotu Technology is a close-knit team delivering ambitious tech projects for clients around the world. We partner with startups, scaleups, and enterprises alike to build meaningful, user-focused digital products, mainly for US and Germany-based clients.
We’re currently looking for a versatile Product Owner / Project Manager to join us in one, two, or more upcoming projects. You’ll act as the bridge between the client’s vision and the development team’s delivery, owning the product’s success from kickoff to release.
🚀 What you'll work on
Depending on availability and profile match, you may be involved in one or both of these projects:
1. B2B SaaS platform (California-based client) - You’ll lead communication with the client, take ownership of sprint planning, translate business meetings into clear actionables for the team, and ensure consistent delivery. You’ll need to attend 2–3 meetings per week in the California afternoon / CET evening.
2. Fitness tech platform for athletes (Florida-based client) - You’ll be expected to co-create the product with the client, proactively challenge ideas, define roadmap priorities, and ensure a user-focused delivery. Experience with previous end-to-end product launches is crucial here.
🎯 What we're looking for
We’re searching for someone who:
Has experience as a PO/PM in at least 2–3 commercial digital product deliveries
Feels confident working end-to-end, from requirement gathering to go-live
Is capable of acting as a proxy PO and challenging client assumptions when needed
Communicates smoothly with both stakeholders and technical teams
Translates chaos into structure: sprint plans, backlogs, Kanban boards, priorities
Has a proactive mindset and takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do
Is fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus

Clear communicator — someone who represents the team to the client and vice versa, keeping both sides aligned
Process geek — who loves improving how teams work: standups, estimations, retros, feedback loops
Team-first mindset — who leads by example, removes blockers, and builds clarity around every sprint-
