As a IT Finance Manager with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine IT-controlling processes and structures within the billing process.
- Support IT controllers during the invoice verification process (payment process).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members from all business areas of the organization.
- Design and integrate new requirements into IT-controlling.
- Analyze and manage large data sets to support decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for procurement-related issues within your area of responsibility.
- Perform invoice processing in SAP.
- Oversee project controlling activities.
- Conduct contract analysis and evaluate contract performance.
- Prepare cost-benefit calculations and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve errors in Excel spreadsheets.
- Create and manage budget planning and forecasts.
- Produce Plan/Actual comparisons and track financial progress.
- Report to stakeholders and management regarding financial metrics and performance.
- Review and validate IT contracts from a controlling perspective.
- Ensure adherence to controlling guidelines and policies.
- Develop IT performance indicators (KPIs).
What We Are Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in IT contracts and contract analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of IT-financial management, including project controlling, invoice verification, and cost allocation in IT.
- Expertise in SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP PS, and tools like MS Office, Jira, ServiceNow, and Otris.
- Strong background in financial accounting, financial reporting, and project financial management.
- Solid understanding of IT key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement systems.
- Experience in process design and ad-hoc reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the creation of large-scale reports and dashboards.
- Experience in knowledge transfer and communication of complex financial processes.
