As a Database Developer with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing specialized applications and associated databases.
• Extract data from specialized applications for archiving using SQL.
• Use the Pentaho Data Integration platform for control and monitoring.
• Document procedures and extracted data comprehensively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for effective data management.
• Transform data into archival formats such as XML and XLSX.
• Develop and define transformation logic (XSLT) for archival formats.
• Map and optimize extraction processes (SQL and Shell/Bash scripts).
• Verify data integrity and ensure quality assurance standards.
• Manage and optimize administrative and index databases (MSSQL).

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows
• Databases: DB2/LUW, SQL Server, Administrative databases
• Connectivity: ODBC, JDBC
• Programming/Scripting: Shell Scripting/Batch, SQL, Java
• Standards: XSLT, XSD, XML, JSON
• Tools: Pentaho Data Integration, Git, ER-modeling
• Languages: German (C1)

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Access

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
