Automation Tester

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team and take responsibility for developing and maintaining automated tests. The person in this role will collaborate with developers, analysts, and other testers to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance processes related to product quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Product team to communicate test outcomes and highlight potential risks.
• Evaluate story requirements and technical designs, acting as a QA gatekeeper to provide constructive feedback.
• Identify, report, and prioritize defects.
• Design test cases and develop automation strategies.
• Create, execute, and maintain E2E automated tests using CodeceptJS with Playwright.
• Conduct manual regression testing.

Requirements:

• Great English language skills.
• Highly analytical thinking.
• Self-starter personality.
• Experience with general QA practices.
• Experience with web application testing (including some HTML and CSS knowledge).
• Experience with creating E2E tests in JavaScript.
• Experience with creating test scenarios.
• Experience with functional and regression tests.
• (optional) Experience with performance testing.
• (optional) Experience with React (to be self-sufficient in creating automated tests).
• (optional) Experience with REST APIs.
• (optional) Experience with GraphQL APIs (we use Apollo Federation heavily).
• (optional) Experience with TypeScript.
