.Net MAUI or Xamarin Team Lead with German language

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET MAUI Team Leader to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a cutting-edge project. This role requires a combination of leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in .NET MAUI and mobile application development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering a complex technological project.
• Oversee all phases of development, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Apply Agile methodologies and manage project workflows using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Guide the team in designing and implementing mobile applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Integrate systems using ASP.NET Core and the Microsoft Authentication Library.
• Build and manage authentication mechanisms and WebServices for applications.

Skills we are looking for:

• Language: Fluent in German (mandatory)
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (version 19 or higher).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in projects utilizing .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing project teams, particularly in complex technical environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience integrating systems with ASP.NET Core and the Microsoft Authentication Library.
• Deep understanding of authentication methods in applications and building WebServices.
