As a WebGPU Engineer, you will work on cutting‑edge visualization technologies that bring global navigation, mapping, and real‑time rendering to life in the cockpit and beyond. This role requires solid experience in 3D rendering, 3D mathematics, and web‑3D using WebGPU, with a clear understanding of how to balance performance, reliability, and code readability. Experience combining 3D on runtime platforms with web‑based technologies will be a strong advantage.

Based in Gdańsk, Poland, the position also offers the possibility of full‑remote work for experienced candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop 3D rendering features using WebGPU and related web‑3D technologies.

• Optimize real‑time visualization systems with a focus on performance, mathematical precision, and efficient memory use.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and aviation domain experts.

• Deliver high‑quality, interactive 3D visual experiences across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidate profile

• Proven track record in the games or real‑time graphics industry, with deep understanding of performance‑driven development.

• 3+ years of experience in 3D rendering and high‑performance real‑time graphics applications.

• 3+ years of experience delivering web‑based products or experiences.

• Strong knowledge of 3D mathematics, graphics optimization, and performance tuning.

• Hands‑on experience with WebGPU and web‑3D pipelines.

• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a collaborative, can‑do attitude.

• Fluent English (B2), both spoken and written.
