Join a fast-growing company focused on consumer electronics used in everyday life. We are building a tester's team with a various level of experience. As a Mid/Senior Test Engineer, you’ll help ensure the highest product quality across smart devices by leading test efforts, supporting automation, and collaborating with cross-functional development teams. You’ll be part of a team working on cutting-edge in-car technology - you will have opportunity to visit Wales during onboarding process (2-4 weeks).
Key responsibilities:
Design and lead manual and automated test strategies for connected electronic products
Develop, review, and execute test cases based on technical requirements
Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and regression testing
Support and expand test automation frameworks (hardware and software)
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, cloud, and app teams to ensure seamless integration testing
Prepare detailed test reports, define quality metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Ideal candidate profile:
3 - 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably in consumer electronics or IoT
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and scripting (e.g. Python or Java or C, C++ or shell)
Experience testing connected systems (IoT devices, cloud platforms, apps)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins or similar)
Hands-on experience with hardware testing environments (e.g. Raspberry Pi, Arduino)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Degree in a STEM field; ISTQB or other certifications are an advantage
Conditions:
Work model: hybrid in Gdańsk (3 days per week)
Salary: 100 - 140 PLN net/h
