For our client, a renowned Scandinavian bank, we are seeking a SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Specialist to join their SuccessFactors & Integrations Team!
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors modules related to time and leave management, participating in strategic projects, and ensuring the effective integration of solutions with other HR systems.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into effective digital solutions.
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying time management solutions using SuccessFactors.
- Continuously improving and optimizing existing solutions.
- Solving complex technical problems and independently tackling challenges.
- Participating in cross-departmental and international projects, actively supporting collaboration.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking (administrator or consultant).
- Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying time management solutions using SuccessFactors.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are an additional asset.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
📍 Conditions:
- Location: Hybrid model, with the possibility of working from Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Łódź.
- Employment Type: B2B contract.
- Rate: From 70-100 PLN net/hour.
