We are looking for a talented Web3 Engineer (Rust&Solana) with experience in designing, developing, and optimizing smart contracts specifically for SVM-based blockchains and building decentralized applications (dApps). You will collaborate closely with a world-class team of PMs, designers, and software engineers to build and enhance smart contracts and protocols for high-performance decentralized applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure smart contracts for SVM-based blockchains using Rust
- Optimize transaction logic, ensuring low latency and high throughput
- Integrate third-party APIs and off-chain services with SVM-based dApps
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning of smart contracts
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in blockchain technologies, particularly within the SVM ecosystem
- Ensure robust security practices to protect users and funds in decentralized systems
- Participate in architecture discussions to design scalable and efficient systems
- Proven experience with Rust programming language
- Strong understanding of SVM-based blockchains (Solana), including smart contracts and on-chain/off-chain interactions
- Ability to write clean, well-structured, and scalable code
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English
- Self-driven, fast learner, who excels at identifying practical solutions to new problems
- Familiarity with agile development practices and version control tools like Git
- Previous experience with DeFi (highly desirable)
- This is a remote position; candidates based in Wrocław are preferred.
