Senior Qlik Consultant

At KUBO, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Qlik Consultant to support one of our clients in the financial sector.You’ll take a key role in migrating and optimizing Qlik environments, modernizing data infrastructure, and ensuring best practices across the BI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate existing Qlik Sense applications to Qlik Cloud

• Change and optimize data sources from PostgreSQL to Databricks

• Develop, refactor, and maintain Qlik scripts, data models, and dashboards

• Industrialize the deployment of new Qlik applications (governance, automation, versioning)

• Ensure compliance with Qlik best practices, architecture standards, and performance guidelines

• Troubleshoot complex BI issues and provide technical leadership

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with international teams

Ideal candidate profile

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud

• Proven experience in Qlik app migration and Qlik scripting

• Strong understanding of Databricks and data connectivity

• Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and BI architecture

• Experience with deployment automation and governance in Qlik environments

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (B2/C1)

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – strongly preferred

Conditions

• Location: Remote from Poland

• Contract type: B2B

• Duration: Until end of 2026 (possible extension)

• Salary: 140-220 PLN/h; Negotiable, depending on experience
