Senior Integration Architect

You will work in a Data, Analytics & AI team that builds and runs a cloud platform connecting many internal and external systems. As a Senior Integration Architect you will design how systems talk to each other and lead a team that builds and supports these integrations, mainly for manufacturing and product supply.

Key responsibilities
Plan and design integrations and interfaces between systems used in manufacturing and supply chain area.
Lead and support a team of engineers (including planning work, giving technical direction and doing code reviews; sometimes also writing code or configuration yourself).
Build cloud‑native integration solutions on AWS that are stable, secure and easy to maintain.
Work with other departments to understand needs and agree how new integrations should look and work.
Take care of CI/CD pipelines and automation for integration services and keep improving them.
Prepare and update technical documentation, standards and simple guidelines for integration work.
Make sure solutions meet internal rules and external regulations
Cooperate daily with an international team based mainly in Europe.
Ideal candidate profile
University degree in IT, computer science, data or a similar field, or comparable work experience.
Several years of experience in IT architecture with a strong focus on system integration and API design.
Hands‑on skills in Node.js and AWS (for example SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, networking services, DocumentDB).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) and working with Linux command line and shell scripts.
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Git repositories and CI/CD automation (e.g. GitHub Actions) and building automated pipelines for integrations.
Proven experience delivering scalable integration solutions in large, international companies.
Experience leading or coordinating a small engineering team (around 5–10 people) working on integrations or microservices.
Practical experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, messaging/streaming systems and batch or ETL‑type data flows between systems.
Very good problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical topics in a clear way.
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Form of cooperation: UoP
Salary range: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN gross/month
Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the Warsaw office
