As part of a global procurement consulting practice, you will work alongside software, analytics, and procurement experts to bring innovative solutions to clients. This role is based in Wroclaw and involves close collaboration with both clients and internal teams across various regions.

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the European market.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Drive revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline and securing new business.
- Collaborate with internal consulting, marketing, and technology teams to align sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand market reach.
- Navigate client risk assessment and procurement processes within the company framework.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- 6–10 years of successful experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to sell business value to senior executives (CPO, COO, CFO), with expertise in ROI and TCO models.
- Strong track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and closing deals.
- Experience in developing new business opportunities proactively.
- Familiarity with ERP, S2P, or procurement solutions is a plus.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and commitment to business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Europe
