Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team of our client – a global company from the industrial automation and industrial technologies sector, delivering innovative solutions that improve productivity, safety and sustainability across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end new product development projects delivered by cross-functional, international teams

• Planning and executing project schedules, budgets and resource allocation

• Leading project teams across engineering, manufacturing and marketing functions

• Ensuring successful delivery of projects from initiation through full product release

• Managing project risks, issues and dependencies and driving mitigation actions

• Providing regular project status, financial and delivery reports to business and senior management

• Executing projects using agile methodologies

Ideal candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering environments related to new product introduction

• Experience in leading cross-functional development projects

• Solid knowledge of project planning, milestone tracking and delivery monitoring

• Understanding of software, firmware, mechanical, electrical and hardware development processes

• Very good English skills (daily cooperation with international teams)

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience

• Nice to have: PMP or similar certification, Agile/Scrum certification, experience with Jira/Jira Align/JAMA, MS

• Project, SAP and stage-gate product development processes

Conditions

• B2B contract: 100 – 120 PLN / h net + VAT

• Hybrid work model (Katowice office: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
