Product Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and improve features that help customers get more from products

• Turn customer ideas into simple tasks for the team

• Work with designers, engineers, and data experts

• Find out what customers want and check if new ideas will work

• Choose what tasks to do first based on what matters most

• Help the team work together using agile methods

• Track how the product is doing and make changes if needed

Ideal candidate profile:

• 4+ years working as a product manager, ideally with tech or marketing tools

• Know how customer engagement or personalization tools work

• Able to talk about APIs, data, and tech problems with engineers

• Experienced with agile ways of working (like Scrum) and tools like Jira

• Enjoy working with customers and teams from different countries

• Good at explaining things in English

• Open, easy to talk to, and ready to help in a positive team

• Salary: 14 000 - 16 000 gross PLN
