Lead C++ Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead C++ Developer to join a global organization in the aerospace sector. The project focuses on developing an advanced application that supports flight crews and ground staff in performing calculations related to aircraft weight, balance, and takeoff/landing parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the development team as a technical leader

• Participating in the design and development of application

• Collaborating with international teams in an Agile setup

• Mentoring junior team members

Ideal candidate profile

• Very good knowledge of C++ 

• Experience building software that runs on multiple platforms (Windows, iOS)

• Previous experience as a tech lead or senior developer who supports others

• English at B2 level or higher – you’ll be working in an international team

Conditions

• Rate: 170–200 PLN/h on B2B contract

• Location: Gdańsk, hybrid model
