Job description

Together with company focused on advanced avionics and electronics solutions we are seeking a Junior C++ to join their dynamic engineering team in Poland. Key responsibilities

  • Software development in C++

  • Develop system models and software using MATLAB and Simulink, including creating block diagrams and implementing algorithms.

  • Conduct simulations to analyze model behavior under various conditions and interpret the results.

  • Assist in integrating developed models with other system components or subsystems.

  • Support the verification and validation processes, including unit, integration, and system-level testing.

  • Collaborate with engineers to understand and implement software and system requirements.

  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and design specifications.

  • Work in cross-functional, international teams to support the development of avionics systems.

  • Actively engage in training and self-improvement initiatives to stay current with new technologies and tools.


Ideal candidate profile:


Must-have:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in C++

  • Proficiency in English for day-to-day communication.

Nice-to-have:

  • Practical knowledge of MATLAB or Simulink

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python.

  • Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD), simulation analysis, and automated code generation.

  • Understanding of system architecture and integration principles.

  • Knowledge of modern development practices like version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
