Java Developer

Currently, for our client – a global investment company delivering innovative technology solutions that enable users to manage their finances in one intuitive platform used by over a million people worldwide – we are looking for a Java Developer.

This is a short-term project focused on building advanced, scalable, and high-performance backend systems in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices for a global investment platform

- Implement solutions following hexagonal architecture principles

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems

- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Take ownership of tasks, proactively identify risks, and propose improvements

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code aligned with best practices

Ideal candidate profile

- Strong experience in building Java microservices (Java 17+ preferred)

- Practical knowledge of Micronaut or similar frameworks

- Familiarity with Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis

- Understanding of hexagonal architecture and clean code principles

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively within a team

- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
