Full-Stack Engineer Cloud & Reliability

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a mix of development and operations skills.In this role, you’ll work on a SaaS platform in the legal-tech sector, supporting the digitalisation of workflows for legal services. Your day-to-day will include both building new features (React, Node.js, AWS) and helping to keep the platform stable — from monitoring systems to handling on-call issues and creating automation tools to make the job easier. You’ll be part of an international team, working closely with developers and operations specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for the global team (10:00–18:00)

• Diagnose and prioritize incidents, and resolve critical issues efficiently

• Create and maintain a knowledge base of incident root causes and solutions

• Monitor system health in real-time to ensure reliable performance

• Maintain and improve automated recovery mechanisms

• Integrate monitoring and alerting into the development process

• Build diagnostic tools (e.g., automated log analysis scripts)

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues quickly

• Help manage and reduce technical debt

Ideal candidate profile

• Experience with on-call support and incident management

• Knowledge of React, Node.js, and TypeScript

• Ability to use AI tools to speed up problem-solving

• Skilled at debugging applications and infrastructure (AWS EC2/S3/CloudWatch)

• Quick to adapt to large codebases and work with multiple teams

• Comfortable reading and writing technical documentation in English

• Proactive, accountable, and quick to respond in urgent situations

• AWS certifications (SysOps/DevOps) - nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting VPC networks - will be an asset
