Enterprise Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will help shape and evolve the company’s IT landscape, ensuring strategic alignment between business and technology.
Key responsibilities
Design, implement, and govern enterprise architecture across complex, multi-system environments
Lead transformation initiatives and oversee the adoption of enterprise architecture frameworks
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps and product strategies
Create and maintain architecture models using tools like Enterprise Architect
Ensure consistency in the use of modeling notations such as ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN
Contribute to process design, including roadmap creation and product lifecycle management
Support teams in adopting best practices in IT governance and project management
Ideal candidate profile
Higher technical education (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related)
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large, complex organization
Proven track record in IT architecture transformation or Enterprise Architecture implementation
TOGAF 9 Certified or ArchiMate 3 Practitioner certification required
Strong practical knowledge of the TOGAF ADM framework
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect and modeling in ArchiMate, UML, BPMN
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
Good understanding of IT management and governance standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile PM
Solid understanding of software engineering and business/system analysis concepts
Analytical mindset, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology
Strategic, business-oriented approach to IT architecture
