As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical banking applications. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation of production environments.
- Managing SLA & KPI, client communication, and risk analysis.
- Monitoring systems and troubleshooting (CalMon, Splunk).
- Handling incidents and problems in accordance with ITIL.
- Supporting production applications and analyzing SQL queries.
- Automating processes and managing deployments outside regular working hours/weekends (as scheduled).
- Experience in application and system support.
- Knowledge of ITIL and incident management.
- Proficiency in Windows, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Control-M, MQ Series.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations.
- Experience in banking or capital markets is a plus.
- Hybrid work model (1 day in the office per week).
- Location: Gdynia/Gdańsk
- Salary: 90 –110 PLN/h (B2B).
