AI Platform Engineer

Join the team as an AI Platform Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining an internal IT Platform that drives analytics, machine learning, and modern cloud infrastructure. You will become part of a collaborative environment where experts from different areas work closely together - administrators who ensure stable operations, architects designing future‑proof systems, engineers managing the Azure cloud infrastructure, development and delivery teams building new solutions, and security specialists safeguarding the entire ecosystem. The role is based in Warsaw, with a hybrid work model that includes one day per week in the office.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the AI Platform in Azure and hybrid environments.

• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform (IaC).

• Manage repositories in GitHub and configure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

• Handle Problem and Incident Management processes for platform components.

• Monitor AI services (Azure AI Foundry, AI Gateway, MCP).

• Automate maintenance and deployment processes to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with DevOps and AI teams on ML model and agent deployments.

• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and external regulations (KNF, DORA, AI Act).

Ideal candidate profile:

• University degree in computer science or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud environment administration (Azure preferred).

• Very good knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

• Experience with Azure Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, and AI Gateway.

• Experience in monitoring and maintaining AI/ML platforms.

• Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written (communication with external partners).

• Based in Poland and ready to work in a hybrid model (at least one day per week in the office).
