At KSM Vision we develop turn-key machine vision quality inspection systems for the industry. We design and integrate solutions that use and enable AI-powered algorithms. Our systems control tens of thousands of products every hour on high-speed production lines. We are hiring a Fullstack Python developer responsible for the development of a flexible software platform that is the engine of our quality inspection systems. At this position, you will have a great impact on the shape and development process of our products.

- how to integrate X-Ray, IR and vision detectors in one system?
- how to assess the quality of 20 bottles every second on a production line?
- how to build a low-latency data pipeline and communicate quality inspection results to PLC on a high-speed production line?
Your daily tasks on the job:
- Innovate and further develop the platform, blending image processing, AI, communication with PLC and a user - interface
- Build low-latency data pipelines
- Ensure continuous operation of the platform on various production lines
- Build tools to improve and automate performance and stability monitoring of the platform
- Ensure flexibility of the platform (reduce dev time required for new implementations)
- Help to integrate the platform with external components (cameras, X-Ray detectors, PLCs)
