Enterprise AI Agent Operator & Architect

We're hiring an Enterprise AI Agent Operator & Architect - Marketing, Sales & Customer Insights

We are an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform. We synthesize large-scale digital signals (social, search, reviews, video) into actionable insights on brands, products, categories, and trends for customers such as Coca-Cola, Bayer, and Unilever.

We're moving from AI-assisted teams to agent-operated workflows, and this role builds that layer.

The Role

This is not a role where you use ChatGPT to work faster. This is a role where you design AI systems that do the work.

You will work closely with our GTM and customer insights teams and you'll take real GTM and insights workflows - campaign planning, content production, lead enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, competitive analysis, client insight briefs - and turn them into reliable, measurable, production-grade agent systems.

You'll own the full lifecycle: identify the workflow, design the architecture, ship it, monitor it, and continuously improve it from feedback and outcomes. You are equal parts product thinker, workflow architect, AI engineer, and operator.

What You'll Own

• Architecture: Decompose workflows into agents, tools, memory, data access, prompts, evals, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Decide what's autonomous, deterministic, or human-reviewed.

• Build: Ship production agents from scratch - structured outputs, schema validation, retries, error handling, state management, audit trails - integrated with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, dashboards, and internal tools used by non-technical teams.

• Trust: Build evaluation frameworks, regression suites, hallucination and data-grounding checks, monitoring for quality/cost/latency/failures, and feedback loops from users, CRM outcomes, and campaign metrics.

• Self-improvement: Design loops where agents evaluate their own output and improve over time, with versioning, rollback, and clear separation of safe-autonomous vs. human-approved changes.

• Impact: Deploy a fleet of agents across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Insights and prove measurable results - faster research, faster campaign/insight production, better lead quality, higher output consistency.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped production AI agents / LLM workflow systems that did real work - beyond prototypes.

• Strong Python or TypeScript; hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar).

• Experience with RAG, embeddings/vector search, structured JSON outputs, and schema validation.

• Real evaluation discipline: test sets, benchmarks, regression tests, monitoring, measurable outcomes.

• API and tool integration with CRMs, internal databases, analytics, or content systems.

• Production mindset: observability, error handling, cost, latency, permissions, logging, rollback.

• High ownership - can go from ambiguous process to shipped, measured, improving system without detailed instructions.

• Enough understanding of B2B SaaS GTM and/or customer insights workflows to automate them responsibly.

• Integration with Microsoft products (Office365 + Teams) + call recording

• Microsoft Copilot usage at the enterprise level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure, Databricks, SQL Server; HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Gong, or similar GTM tools.

• Multi-agent orchestration; MCP and custom tool servers; eval/observability platforms (LangSmith, Arize, Phoenix, Humanloop).

• Background in B2B SaaS, consumer insights, market research, CPG, retail, or brand intelligence.

NOTE: This is not a prompt-only, content marketing, chatbot, data analyst, marketing-ops, or pure ML research role. The company is seeking a senior builder who has already crossed the gap between AI demo and AI production system.
